Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Damages and Issues: If your rented item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation. Returns: We do not accept returns on rental items once they have been delivered. If you have concerns about your rental, please reach out to our customer service team. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy
